Winemaker Jennifer Lynne Wall has produced an excellent, light-bodied signature Pinot Noir that is well suited to warm-weather dishes. Made from fruit harvested at the vineyards of Cameron Ranch in Sonoma CountyÕs lush Russian River Valley, the grapes had exceptional ÒhangÓ time, staying on the vines until fully ripened to develop a lovely varietal character. In the glass, subtle bouquets of flowers and strawberries are inviting. On the palate, delicate flavors of Bing cherries, dried red berries and hints of tea lead into a silky, well-balanced finish. Drink now and over the next five years. ItÕs a good choice with fish, patŽ, chicken, pork and veal dishes.
