The new Mediterranean-accented menu at the Melting Pot features items such as garlic and herb chicken and balsamic sirloin. However, you can still dip into a traditional cheese fondue — a rich blend of Gruyere and Emmenthaler cheeses enhanced with white wine, minced garlic, lemon juice, herbs and brandy, served with three kinds of bread, apples and vegetables.
