LA CARRETA

Long a dining destination drawing patrons from across the region, La Provence has a new owner in restaurateur John Besh, a new chef in French master Rene Bajeux and a menu that changes frequently to take advantage of the best seasonal ingredients. The Four Seasons Pizza combines artichoke hearts, mushrooms, snow peas, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
