Before shipping off to the annual Music of New Orleans Festival in Périgueux, France, the 101 Runners are throwing a "Mardi Gras to the World" bon voyage party with a boatload of guests: Big Chief Monk Boudreaux of the Golden Eagles, Alfred "Uganda" Roberts and members of the Dirty Dozen and Rebirth brass bands among them. 3 Pc.
