Sauvignon blanc grapes adapt easily and reflect many different viticultural environments. They also ripen early and thrive in cool, dry, sunny climates. Grapes for this bottling from Helen and Charles Mara were sourced from four appellations in Sonoma County, each with distinct soils and microclimates. The wine was cold fermented in stainless steel to retain its freshness and distinctive qualities. In the glass, it offers aromas of green apple, melon and pear.
