Southdown Marketplace ARts and Crafts Festival

Red Dress Run 2013

Runners in flamboyant red attire meet at Armstrong Park for a two-mile jog through the French Quarter, then back to the park for beer, barbecue, live music and more. Sponsored by the New Orleans Hash House Harriers, the event is a fundraiser for charities. Admission free, race registration $65-$70. Hours 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
