So, the way a large, plush throw is hung on a float is offensive to Rex Duke? You're going to tell me that seeing a stuffed animal strung to a float ruined the parade? Did it make all the children cry? Are you going to file a lawsuit since you're... offended, dampened, whatever? What a load of crap!

Its obviously just a throw waiting to be thrown, not a noosed bear. And you call this a fair review of an entire parade? Your days of credibility are over.
