Re the chicken plant, what I have yet to hear anyone talk about is that the State put up $10,000,000 back in 1992 to build that plant for Con Agra. Now we're using more State money to help someone else buy a plant the the State partially built to begin with. Huh?
And as far as Bollinger, Chouest, and Martin are concerned? Don't worry, they've already had their turn at the trough in the last couple of years.

What I find even more intersting is a certain cabinet level department head that contributed $12,000+ to Bobby's campaign, and then got appointed by Bobby to a $300,000+/year job. Maybe you ought to look into that.
