this is what happens when people buy into the folly that a businessperson can run a government better than a seasoned public servant. as of this moment, 13.16 on 20 april 2010, the city of new orleans' web site is down. is it from nonpayment to the out-of-state contractor, again? this man should have never been mayor once, much less twice.

you are in a big machine with the power to kill. cyclists and pedestrians have the absolute right-of-way. you have no right to kill one because they are not obeying traffic rules. if you do so, you will go to jail.
