I cringe every time I see the term "restaurant trend" or "restaurant concept." Pop-up restaurants show a lack of commitment by the operators, while most food truck owners are only marking time until they can find brick-and-mortar. Breastaurants aren't about the food -- they're about the "experience." Good God, please just let me eat.
standing in line for badly-seasoned meat on tiny buns with rude service? I don't think so. Another place that's living on memories.
