THE BEST OF GUIDE - it is so rigged. Whenever the survey comes out, restaurant employees, ETC are filling it out for their establishment like mad since only 50% fill is required.
Not to mention if they advertise in it.............
Do these editors ever get out to eat-1038 restaurants and they review the same ones-eating for free????

Central Grocery is horrible-tourist trap, certainly not locals. You could not have described it better-better than a food critic!
