Rebecca HOW do you suppose the school system is responsible for raising children. The goal of the teachers is to teach these kids to read - write - add - speak english..not how to put on a condom......YOU are exactly what Chris is talking about......if babies have babies and then EXPECT that the teachers are supposed to teach them morals you are part of the problem....We are throwing millions to the schools and the schools arent supposed to be doing the job of a parent....there are kids in the first grade coming to our schools telling the teachers to F'off......now where do you suppose they learn that disrespect?
