If all restaurants adopted the use of FourSquare on a smartphone, transactions would be conducted very quickly and easily, not to mention paperlessly!
We are behind the times. Take a look at other hip cities that attract similar tourists (as we do), such as Austin. The food truck industry is wildly successful and is considered an asset to their city's food culture. The people who dine in a restaurant are a totally different group of folks from those who would eat at taco truck. Different demographics, not competition, and this would inspire further growth in the food industry. And, if New Orleans thinks that it is cutting edge on food, which it is, it needs to update it's food truck industry in order to keep up!
lovely, well said, I agree! thank you for being you!
Re: “Barcelona Tapas Cafe”
Fabulous food, consistent with the great quality and flavor of his now closed Metairie restaurant, Laurentino's. The interior decor is gorgeous as well, reminiscent of Gaudi's style of architecture in Barcelona itself. Xavier still makes amazing Sangria and the tapas menu has expanded! It's great!!
