Jame O'Byrne is a class A Asshole according to what many persons who know him have told me, and I would agree now that I know he was responsible for firing Bunny Matthews, one of the finest and most creative cartoonists the TP or any other paper has ever had. This is a totally asinine idea to close N. Rampart to one lane of traffic on each side. The streetcars should run on the neutral ground without bus shelters.
