rick took me in when i was a 17 year old run away with a coke addiction he gave me an apt upstairs and let me clean the bar after closing in place of rent. he made me get clean and go back to get my ged. he was like a dad to me. he never let me dance in the club even after i turned 18 but it is because of him i am who i am today. he is nothing like this article states all shady and what not. he was loving and protective and a friend. he never tried anything with me even after i offered back when i was still on dope. i am 31 now and have had a successful modeling career and am now an art teacher in houston.i have been clean and sober for 11 years. he helped me get into tulane university and helped me get jobs in the french quarter when i was not in school. i will forever love and respect this man and wanted you to know there are two sides to everyone. and before anyone comments on my lack of capitalization im sending this via cell phone and it is easier to type with out changing format.
