Re: “Butch Gautreaux REMOVES His Name From Tea Party Endorsements

Of course this 'man' who is running to be an elected official wants to follow in the footsteps of so many political people in the states past---by being corrupt! NOT following the Constitution is NOT a thing to be proud of, Mr. Gautreaux! Tea Partiers are not racist or violent. They are simply people standing up for their country and what they believe is best for all Americans. They are trying to make sure we will still have a country when the present government officials terms are over. You, sir, are a sheep and I am sure you will loose many votes accordingly.

Re: “"It's OK to hate the Saints again"

Anyone who doesn't like New Orleans should have to give some legitimate reasons since I bet that they don't know anything about the city. Bourbon Street and drunken tourist do not New Orleans make. Same goes for anything else that these unintelligent people blindly hate. If you do not get a general sense of something, how can you hate it?

As for the Saints, people are diehards for or against depending on personal opinions...who cares? I won't be changing your opinion and you cannot change mine. But for all those laughing about the Saints and the bounty situation, rememeer that this is a national thing. Your teams time is coming and us Who Dats will be there to laugh at you all. Oh wait, no we won't, because we have common sense and compassion which you lot spades, apparently.

Re: “Pancho’s lowers the flag

Shocking!!!...That is sarcasm, by the way. My family and I went there and were charged a ridiculous buffet fee that DIDN'T include a drink. We were the only ones in the place and all the food looked either dried up or regurgitated. Disgusting. Then it took forever to get a refund so we could leave. I enjoyed authentic Mexican food while I lived in TX and while I am not expecting that here in Metairie, something other than food poisoning waiting to happen would be nice.

Re: “King cake-flavored vodka is a thing

Just spoke to the distributor. They are shipping it from France to New York and then it should be coming to New Orleans. They said they expect it to get here around the end of January, but definitely before Mardi Gras!!!!!!

Re: “King cake-flavored vodka is a thing

Just talked to someone from the liquor department at Dorignacs and he asked me to help spread the word. No liquor store, grocery story, etc. has this product. It is made in France and is not distributed in this area at all yet. In my opinion, this makes NO sense, but hopefully they rectify this carnival injustice soon! ;)
