Ah the memories..riding around with Rocco Cardona, the chant was, "Icee, Doritos, dynamite gum!" circa '73
Bohanna's, St Roch Park. Nuthin' fancy. Snow and flavored syrup!
MArignyJill, right on! I have seen da band on Canal. Not residential area, on SIDE of a business not blocking entrance, on sidewalk, not hindering pedestrian movement. I do understand the problems of "selective enforcement" of laws. But c'mon man! Do we want folks to believe we are NOT a Third World Republic? That would be our ruin...
The beaches are fine y'all. And you do get an ocassional horseshoe on shore in Biloxi. They really are scary looking!
My aunt lived across da street, my uncle owned Tamburello's parking garage adjacent to the apartments. I lived in there! It was, and is, so very cool. I went by myself dozens of times when I was about 12...I don't recommend it for under 12 ESPECIALLY BY YOURSELF!
Are there any plans to bring back the old decorations?
