Strongly disagree with your number 9 (which contradicts your number 2, I think). The only one from the Meffert /St. Pierre saga who is in jail today is the one who DIDN'T talk to the FBI. The ones who talked to the FBI as soon as they came a knockin' are the ones who haven't been charged at all (Jimmy Goodson, Brian Smith). I think that the takeaway lesson is TALK to the FBI; get on the right team as early as you can.
Your suggestion seems anti-law enforcement and not in support of efforts to heal this city!
