jimmy Carter legalized homebrewing in 1979 but individual states can restrict or prohibit it still.

When Is said beer to go option I meant retail sales rather than actual to go. I should have clarified! And as for Dixie I try to support local beer and Dixie isn't local. It's brewed in Wisconsin. :( And as for the pot comments beer doesn't kill people either. Drink moderately and it actually becomes healthy for you. Healthier than inhaling smoke into your lungs any day.
