It seems to me there are two issues. One, the CCC needs tolls for its own repair, maintenance, police, etc. Should tolls on the CCC pay for the ferries at all? I'm okay with any of the suggested possibilities for keeping the ferries operating. I've created this vote so that we can quickly and easily see how you would prefer to handle the ferries.
