Re: “Rice Mill Lofts: a haven for divorced people who love ironic graffiti

Mitti KoKo here, I am a slam poet and yoga instructor who resides here, so I think I'm speaking for everyone here when I say it is indeed a "magical place." I've always lived in lofts, and this is frankly the most bewitching loft I've ever lived in! They only had Aromatherapy two days a week at the old Art Lofts

I have to echo Mrs. Kolb's sentiments that she "dreams about the homeless people camping out here" - because they still do, in spirit. The residents here all share in this spirit of perseverance, as when last week, an electrical snafu caused several of us to lose swipe card access to the Cupcakery downstairs. One brief pooltop meeting later and we'd banded together, shared resources, and hired a caterer (Cake Cafe to the rescue!) to deliver cupcakes and delicious herbed breads to our doorsteps in the mornings. It's this kind of immutable, collective spirit that inspired me to move here and it's definitely what keeps me here!
