Too late! They've already fired, lost the good reporters. I read the thing at work and it's a shadow of what it used to be. Who needs to see quarter-page pictures of traffic jams on the interstate and such. I'll continue looking at it at the library without giving them a picayune! If perhaps they'd re-hire the talented experienced staff that they had I might reconsider. I'll keep my subscription to the Baton Rough Advocat, they deliver in more ways than one.
You know, perhaps if we inform the police person along the route of the violation and see if they take action. I'll remember their names and commend them or otherwise to city officials.
Kudos Kellie G. I'd like to see the Mayor take a stronger stand!
I grew up in Mobile's carnival. We didn't need ladders. As a child all I had to do was look up and see the floats. I was and still am appalled by them I'm further exasperated with them particularly if they aren't going to follow the law!
It's getting just as bad with folks "roping off" portions of the neutral grounds!
As always great commentary. I too think more people will be turning to Gambit for the news that you've always done well.
