It appears that Scalise is in the pocket of content distributers. This isn't good. It drives the price of content up and broadcasters are forced to raise their prices. I'm surprised to see Dish Network giving him money. They don't own any content and stand to lose money if the content providers have all the control. Dish Network is notorously stingy with their money so I can't believe they're giving some to a politician who is campaigning against their interests.

I don't get why people try to make a buck off of this tragedy. I wouldn't pay $500 to eat the last Hubig Pie made. I'll save my $500 and buy cases of them when they come back next year!
