Louisiana as a whole (I make a partial exemption for New Orleans...NOT including the inept corrupt police force) has become such a bush-league joke under the aegis of Jindal, with its capital sponsorship of schools teaching on the Loch Ness monster: " a Jindal-backed law that allows public school science teachers to use supplemental materials in their classrooms in addition to state-approved textbooks" in addition to the fact that he is turning down Medicaid assistance from the ACA despite the fact that an income of less than $100 a week disqualifies a working person for Medicaid...this is a bright star? This is an arrant fool and a clown.
