While the sides may be traditional they are good. The meats are excellent and the best brisket I've had anywhere! I drive from algiers at least once a month and its well worth the drive. I get the "W" with 2 sides and can barely eat it but forced to because its so great! Keep up the great BBQ! Would love to see some frenchbread instead of toast tho.
