Is Orleans Parish entirely within the city of New Orleans? I ask because I want to make sure we're comparing oranges to oranges. King County( Seattle) went 68% for Obama, but that includes the rich, not very blue eastside suburbs of Seattle outside of the city limits. In the city of Seattle itself, (I haven't been able to dig up city only results so far) my guess is that Obama got 80% of the vote.
