I just can't disagree more. Samantha Banks, Amanda Seyfried, and Eddie Redmayne rescue this film ..and can act just as well as the rest of them. The child actors who play Cosette and Gavroche steal their scenes. I appreciate what they tried to do here, and am a HUGE fan of Tom Hooper. But they missed one thing. Musicianship. Love the acting, but this was a musical. Put musical back in musical.
