finish the game we started AND PAID FOR. I went inside to speak to the manager about a refund. She told me they did not issue refunds. I asked her if she was in the middle of eating at a restaurant when they closed, does the restaurant keep your money and make you leave without finishing your food? I work for a doctors office. Do we throw people out in the middle of a procedure, after taking their money, the SECOND we close? I think not. If this place absolutely HAS TO close and LEAVE the second it turns 11 PM, then the correct thing to do would be to either warn the customer they risk losing both their game and their money, OR do not sell tickets at least an hours and a half to two hours before closing.
This is the least professional operation I have ever encountered. The completely apathetic and misanthropic attitude by both the management and the sheriff's office deputy have insured I will NEVER set foot in City Park again, not even for the long standing family tradition of Celebration in the Oaks.
This is organized theft. The City Putt management only want your money, and do not care about any sort of customer service. The Sheriffs office detail cop was physically intimidating and hostile.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!
