After hearing several people rave about this place and seeing the commercials on television we as a family decided to try the place. I made a reservation for 6pm for 5 people.
We arrived about 30 minutes early and we were seated right away by the owner himself. We were sat a small booth with a chair on the end. The booth itself was cramped especially with a chair at the end. I had to sit with one leg under the table and one leg in the aisle. A girl took our drink order and we were going to order a bottle of wine for the table but we didn't know what the have and no wine list was on the table. Another girl came to our table about after 10 minutes and asked why we didn't have menus....really?? We received menus and shortly after placed our food order. After placing our food order I asked for a wine list. There was a large table being sat next to us and our waitress had gone to that group about five times. We only saw her to place our order and when we received our food.
Food time was good.
Food itself was just ok.
The snottiness of the staff was high.
We asked if the wine list had died when our food was brought out and very shortly after a girl brought a wine list to us and we refused it...who wants to eat their main course while looking at a wine list and probably get the wine by the time we were done eating.
We paid the bill and got the heel out of there.
The thing that put the icing on the cake was when I was walking toward the exit door with a to go box in my hand ( my kids chicken strips) the owner looked at me in the eye AND DID NOT SAY A SINGLE FREAKING WORD! Not a thank you, come back and see us or how was everything? He did the same to my wife and mother-in-law.
I will never return to this arrogant, over priced place ever again.
