Right. Because it's completely rational to expect an increase in ridership when you don't extend the hours to meet the consumers needs. Everyone is happy to take the ferry in one direction and then have to pay $20 cab fare to get back across the river. It makes perfect sense! I mean, it's not like anything happens in New Orleans after 6pm anyway.
