Really there was nothing better for you to write about? I have read the website and it pretty much says you can ask for and do anything you want. The do's definitely out way the do nots. The biggest stipulation is to make your reservation online which 98% of the world does anyway now and no you don't need an Opentable account to make a reservation. "Please" fact check before making assumptions. I have been patiently waiting the arrival of this restaurant because I'm sick and tired of the ordinary around this city and hopefully it will push us into a new era. Im not from New Orleans but I eat out tremendously and have been very disappointed at the restaurants around the city that are thought so highly of from the local critics. There are a very select few that stand out for their creativity, taste, quality and consistency. Sylvain, Gautreau's, St Marie now that Chef Kristen is there, Mopho, August, ROOT and soon to be SquareROOT.
