    <br>
    Evolution is not a theory: evolutionary theory is. Evolution is an observed fact, not a theory.<br>

    The law that Exorcist-in-Chief Jiondal signed is a bad law, but the real disaster will be at the local level, just as it was in Dover, PA.  Some group of good-ole-boy creationists will take the law to mean they can teach creationism as long as they call it something else (wink-wink nudge-nudge). And then, just as in Dover, the world will descend and another local community will suddenly have a million-dollar court bill to pay.
