      <![CDATA[The organizers of NOLA Recycles 2010 need to be sure to evaluate the pros and cons of curbside. Things have obviously changed, but when we looked at curbside for New Orleans back in the 1980&#146;s it was apparent that the blue box plan was not necessarily the way to go &#150; or at least not for most of the city.
