      <![CDATA[Well, I think the building should stay, be fixed up for low income, and used as such. If they tear it down and build something super gorgeous (rather than super utilitarian) then the rents will go up even FURTHER, thus ruining the Bywater.

      <![CDATA[I saw the kids with the ramp as well...I was wondering the story on this building was...the houses around are so gorgeous, it's a shame that it comes to such an abrupt halt.
