There, I fixed your lead sentence for you but I don't know how to fix your claim that you investigated the local heroin problem because, other than the actual information you collected with your phone calls, you seem to be highlighting this privileged kid whose parents continually got him out of trouble by spending money and, if necessary, lying to schools so they'd let this pusher into the school to sell to their other students.
