I have it on good authority (Solomon Northup, a free black man who was kidnapped in DC and sold into slavery in Louisiana for 12 years, see "12 Years a Slave"http://docsouth.unc.edu/fpn/northup/northu… ) that possom is actually quite tasty. So make the best of it.

Believe it or Not, but I personally put stock in the blood chemistry side of flea control. In other words, that you can change the "taste" of your (or your pet's) blood so that fleas don't choose you as their next meal, and if you do get bitten, they don't stay for an all day buffet!

Since Katrina, I have been living in South Carolina where we have our strange assortment of wild critters that roam the area. The majority of my friends are in the greater New Orleans area and reporting seeing very strange animals off Jefferson Highway.
