<![CDATA[How could they say Donelon restored a sense of integrity to the Dept of Insurance when he's taken over $900,000 in campaign contributions from the insurance industry he is supposed to regulate? It's legal corruption.

<![CDATA[How could Gambit endorse Ben Zahn - a rubber stamp for the failed policies of Mike Yenni, and lie about his record (he didn't receive the Alliance for Good Government endorsement)? 80% of Kenner voters in April voted AGAINST Yenni and Zahn's plan to double property taxes.

<![CDATA[Wow, what a horrible, horrible slate of endorsements. It appears that Gambit - really, CLANCY DUBOS, last seen on these pages defending Garland Robinette and mysteriously reporting River Birch scuttlebutt - has COMPLETELY lost its way in terms of promoting reform.

<![CDATA[While I am no proponent of high stakes standardized testing used in a flawed school performance score formula to portray our public school system as a failure - it is the current method of measurement. James Garvey has promoted the still failing RSD model and needs to be replaced.
