      <![CDATA[Well I have lived in New Orleans my whole life  and I am the mother of three, and there are two sets of data. ONLY 60% of the people came back after hurricane Katrina, and a lot of them were people who had the resources to come back.<br>

One of the most important things I want people to think about, is why the experiments?
