I am certain all of Magellan's actions have been intentional, in other words I truly detect the parallel to the worldwide 2008 economic crisis; the crisis that was purposely generated by the elite members of our society. The conspiracy goes like this: cripple the network, allow the collapse, consolidate the resources (i.e. ultimate control of you, me, & everyone else).

Thousands of Medicaid recipients will be unable to recieve the mental health services that they need if programs are not able to pay staff. This means more people going to the emergency room and hospitals which will cost the tax payers way more than if they continue to get medication through local agencies.
