Somehow I doubt Elderly Rich Lin Dictionary Johnson Emery, who’s made a croesusian living re-purposing and chroming airplane propellers & room service trays for use as tomato trellises, would have been as supportive of that as she is of the looting the St. Claude artists’ show.

Museum: a place or building where objects of historical, artistic, or scientific interest are exhibited, preserved, or studied http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/mus…

Here's how the Institute of Museum and Library Sciences (a sometimes-grant source for CAC) defines "museum": "a museum that, using a professional staff, is organized on a permanent basis for essentially educational or aesthetic purposes; owns or uses tangible objects, either animate or inanimate; cares for these objects; and exhibits these objects to the general public on a regular basis through facilities that it owns or operates."

Also, I believe the article, which itself does not take a position on the quality of the performing arts programming at the CAC, does include praise for it from interviewed sources. You are correct that we didn't publish a list, complete with critical annotations, of performances stretching back 20 years.
