We are also at a major crossroads and loose a football field of sand through an hourglass every 38 minutes.
So even though I despise the arrogant stupidity of the Exploit Us Right crowd that came with Brad Pitt, I will defend their right to pay property tax and join the club.

Problems need solutions:
Yes the YELP of Exploiters and kumbyonics are bad, but so is Nagonimics and roping off the neutral ground with tents and caution tape.
Manners matter too many; where have they gone?
I love this place and don’t want to loose it to Beltway Bullies, American Idols, or another storm- as Jane Jacobs said- “ideology is enemy, have open mind, listen…”
Let’s use what they can bring to the table as long the gumbo tastes good at a reasonable price.
