CITY Vitals 2.0 made me laugh so hard I cried, so I have yet to figure out if it is a comedy, tragedy, or just great fiction.
Granted I make Art for a living in New Orleans, so I am no expert on culture- but I do appreciate good humor when I read it, and this sure is funny. + Loaded with irony with your Offices and staff in DC, Chicago, and Cleavland as it makes Mark Twain's quote funny again today:

Considering this group is CEOs for Cities, I would be more upset at the economic rankings, measuring talent and innovation, where NOLA also scores low.

Though I suspect "CEOs for Cities" would say that going out to any cultural event would involve the individual in Growing Community and Promoting Sustainability and Contributing to a More Vibrantly Livable City or something.

They had HDTV's in 2007 as they do now in 2012, and HDTV's decreased in price like they today, regardless of city or year.
