      <![CDATA[Alright Kevin, I think this headline is a bit trollish. Of all the lists out there,Travel and Leisure's is the most fun because they actually two separate lists for each category, one where residents' rank each city and one where visitors' rank each city, and so you can compare how visitors to a city and residents in a city perceive the same city.
