      <![CDATA[I would suggest that any discussion of commuter rail in SE LA needs to start with St. Tammany Parish. The ever growing push to develop Covington and Mandeville means more pressure on aged infrastructure, and more ways for the Causeway Commission to justify its existence and the money it receives/spends.
