      <![CDATA[Which cost the state millions in revenue which in turn leads drastic cuts mental healthcare and higher education .  This is not good news for the average citizen of New Orleans and Mitch's press release (which the Gambit has  simply summarized for us) would be more amusing superimposed next to his ad infinitum complaints about state budget cuts. Enough.<br>
