Accolades for Ochsner's Liver Transplants
Ochsner Clinic Foundation's liver transplant program was ranked among the top in the nation by HealthGrades, an independent ratings organization. Ochsner is one of seven hospitals to receive the HealthGrades Liver Transplant Excellence Award. Since performing Louisiana's first liver transplant in 1974, The Ochsner Multi-Organ Transplant Institute has performed more than 3,500 liver, kidney, heart, lung and pancreas transplants.
