Oysters Rockefeller, created here in 1899, are baked oysters covered with pureed greens (not spinach) and seasoned breadcrumbs. Alaska Antoine is the restaurant's signature baked Alaska dessert for two: ice cream wrapped in pound cake and crowned with a toasted meringue shell and hot fudge. Reservations recommended.
