Who would have thought Buddy Diliberto's bold pronouncements would introduce so many men to women's wear? But not everybody waited for a Super Bowl appearance. The 46th installment of the Bourbon Street Awards (noon Tuesday, corner of Bourbon and St. Ann streets; www.gaymardigras.com) present honors for best drag, group and leather costumes and, finally, Best in Show.
