Brick & Spoon, a Lafayette- based brunch franchise, ex-pects to open in early February at 2802 Magazine St. The regional chain is known for its build-your-own bloody mary bar and wide selection of eggs Benedict dishes.
The chain's Southern-accented menu includes stuffed French toast sliders, Bananas in Pajamas (fried banana egg rolls) and Deviled on the Bayou (tasso deviled eggs topped with fried oysters and Sriracha aioli). The bloody mary bar features more than 50 choices of mixers, vegetables, cheeses, meats and herbs.
