Bywater Neighborhood Association's Mirliton Festival
Sat. Nov. 3 | The Bywater Neighborhood Association's annual festival moves to the Brickyard at Montegut Steet along the Mississippi River levee this year. The musical lineup includes Kermit Ruffins, Charmaine Neville, the Hot 8 Brass Band, Luke Winslow King, Kristin Diable and others. There also are New Orleans Fringe Festival previews, an art market, food vendors and more.
